Written by Lana Richards and devised with ensemble and based on the art book by Yoko Ono, Grapefruit was first developed at the National Theater Institute under the guidance of Cazimir Liske.

Grapefuit was later presented at Parallel 45 in Traverse City, Michigan during their 2019 summer season.
